The Vigorian Empire develops individuals. It does not own them. Commitment that can never be revoked is not loyalty: It's captivity (unlike many other systems). Vigorian citizenship must remain a chosen and meaningful bond. People can come and go as they wish; it is not a cult. Some are just more ready for it than others.

The Three Pillars of Vigorian Philosophy: The MIND. BODY and SPIRIT must be cultivated properly for Self-Realisation and Self-Determination.

These are reinforced by the Tenets, Philosophies, Laws and Culture of the Vigorian Empire.

Founded. Owned and Operated.

Initially founded, owned and operated by the founder emperor Nicholas the First. The Vigorian Empire is an Absolute Monarchy. Whereby Nicholas the First holds absolute control.

The Vigorian system begins with strong, centralised leadership. In its early stages, clarity of direction, speed of execution, and accountability are essential.

This cannot be achieved through fragmented decision-making or excessive bureaucracy.

As founder, I take on the role of custodian, responsible for establishing the foundation, protecting its direction, and ensuring it is built with integrity.

This includes the initial investment of time, resources, and responsibility required to bring the system into existence.

However, this is not intended to remain a singular structure.

As the system develops, those who demonstrate capability, commitment, and alignment will earn the right to share in responsibility, decision-making, and ownership.

This is not a system of entitlement, but of merit.

Responsibility is not given; it is proven.

We cannot build something new while thinking within old systems. To avoid repeating the same failures, we must recognise inherited biases, and consciously design beyond them.

Over time, governance will evolve to reflect the strength and maturity of its people. But it will do so in a way that preserves efficiency, avoids stagnation, and ensures that progress is never paralysed by unnecessary complexity.

Leadership within the Vigorian model is not about control for its own sake. It is about accountability, example, and stewardship, ensuring that what is built is worth sustaining.

Vigorian Tenets

1, TRUTH AND JUSTICE

A Vigorian seeks truth above comfort, ideology, or convenience, and therefore justice.

Knowledge must be pursued through reason and common sense, evidence, and honest inquiry. Science, learning and intellectual fluidity and integrity form the foundation of Vigorian civilisation.

Truth and its sister Justice are the compass of progress, and this should not be hindered by anyone or anything, including religions and politics.

2, SOVEREIGNTY

Every citizen is responsible for their own life, development, and decisions. Freedom is inseparable from responsibility, discipline and accountability. Everyone is equal and can define their own path, so long as it does not cause harm to others.

The only exception to this rule is religion. No religion is allowed to become the official religion of the Vigorian Empire. Religions cause division and problems within society.

Promotion of such is therefore prohibited. The belief in God or a supreme being/s is not prohibited, and is preserved as a personal choice, as is the choice not to believe in anything.

A sovereign individual governs themselves toward self-realisation and self-determination through honourable and lawful means before seeking to influence the world.

3, HEALTH AND VITALITY

The flourishing of human life is a central aim of the Vigorian Empire. Citizens are encouraged to cultivate physical health, mental strength and clarity, longevity, and resilience through education and the latest research and evidence currently available.

A civilisation thrives when its people are strong in mind, body and spirit. This is what a VIGORIAN is after all “A VIGOROUS HUMAN BEING”.

4, SERVICE

Service to others is service to oneself. Paying it forward throughout our history and development. A Vigorian understands that personal advancement carries responsibility toward others and values credit and recognition for helping develop Vigorian society.

Vigorians strive towards a meritocracy. Citizens should voluntarily want to contribute their skills, knowledge and effort toward the improvement of the Vigorian Empire because they are personally invested, and want to see it succeed.

The strength of a civilisation lies in the willingness of its citizens to serve and be loyal to each other and a purpose greater than themselves.

5, DISCIPLINE

Great achievement requires self-mastery.

Citizens are encouraged to cultivate discipline, perseverance, and control over impulses.

Through different techniques, this discipline is learned, and individuals transform potential into excellence. Negativity into positivity. Everything is a lesson to be learned from and used in a positive manner.

6, COMPASSION

Strength without compassion and gentle caring for each other becomes tyranny.

Citizens are expected to treat others with fairness, dignity, and empathy, recognising the shared human condition. But NEVER to let kindness be taken for weakness. This is a big mistake.

Compassion sustains the moral fabric of Vigorian civilisation.

7, ADVANCEMENT

Humanity must continually strive to improve itself.

Scientific exploration, discovery, technological innovation, and the pursuit of greater understanding are essential duties of Vigorian civilisation.

The Empire exists not merely to preserve life, but to elevate it.

To Thrive and not just survive.

Vigorian Law

Vigorian law is simple. There are 4. The 3 Pillars and 7 Tenets can be applied to these 4 laws to see if a crime has been committed.

The 4 Vigorian Laws;

1, Do not cause a breach of the peace.

2, Do not cause a loss of any kind.

3, Do not cause injury or harm.

4, Do not cause mischief in business dealings with contracts or other legal instruments.

All legal ethics are governed by just these 4 laws, the pillars and tenets.

The Vigorian Empire may make additional constitutions. Rules and regulations, etc that may be drawn up and applied in order to prevent falling into one or more of these laws' grip. But they must pass the test of not contradicting any of the pillars or tenets. Otherwise, they would be deemed invalid and unenforceable through one or more of the 4 laws.

The ease of Vigorian law means that it can be interpreted easily and applied fairly to everyone.
