The Vigorian Treasury operates within the global financial system, for now, that is a necessity.

To survive and function in the modern world, we must work within its framework, even as we build something far greater beyond it.

Our long-term vision is simple yet revolutionary: a society where money becomes obsolete within Vigorian communities. A meritocracy fused with a universal credit system.

A system where trivial things that distract us, such as bills, can be forgotten, and citizens can have the resources to be creative and build for the benefit of their society.

In its place, each Citizen will hold a Meritocratic Account, a living record of contribution, service, and creativity. Every essential need will be freely met, much like a universal basic income, but grounded in purpose and honour rather than dependency.

This will allow every Citizen the freedom to pursue Self-Realisation, Self-Determination, and Service to Others, the three pillars of Vigorian life.

Until that time, we recognise that money still governs much of the world. Therefore, the Treasury encourages all Citizens to become financially literate and independent, freeing themselves from exploitative systems of debt, over-taxation, and parasitic government control. Education on wills, trusts, and financial instruments to keep your assets to yourself and your family is part of Vigorian training courses, which Sovereign Citizens and Members can access for free.

Our assets are held across multiple secure forms: (Including Wills and Trusts)

Silver (999.99%) = tangible wealth, symbolising purity and stability.
Cash Reserves (GBP) = operational liquidity within the UK economy.
Digital Crypto Holdings = adaptability for the evolving financial landscape.
Physical Assets (Land and Property) = long-term security for the benefit of all Citizens.

These resources exist not for accumulation, but for empowerment, independence, to strengthen Vigorian Citizens, The Vigorian Empire Federation, and support the growth of a self-sustaining, merit-based civilisation.

Short Term Mission

"Stabilise and Grow" Maintain diversification.

* Grow citizenship and educate in financial literacy within the system, so that citizens can actively plan their escape to Vigorian Society.

* Build partnerships and investments with other organisations.

* Develop transparent accounting and meritocratic accounting in preparation.

* Grow reserves, create funds for projects like De' Oceano, and other land-based initiatives such as Cryostasis and other research and development.

Long Term Mission

* Keep things stable and grow assets. Including human resources. Invest in training our citizens.

* Free citizens from economic coercion and imprisonment by their current states.

* Develop a post-monetary internal Vigorian economy for citizens, where they transition from a currency-based system to a meritocracy credit system. Thus, replacing taxation with a voluntary service-based, universal income credit system.

* Letting Vigorian citizens benefit from profit shares from their voluntary service so that they may come and go between us and the rest of the world if they wish. They would have money to explore the world, but on return would not need it to live here.

* We would also encourage citizens to maintain some sort of external financial connection and savings. Profiting off the external world, whilst living and working in the Vigorian Empire.
