Every great civilisation begins with land, the foundation beneath its feet. And so do we.
But land is no longer freedom. It’s tangled in red tape, taxation, and bureaucracy, systems designed to slow humanity’s progress.

The Vigorian vision is built for those who dare to live beyond the limits, thinkers, builders, and dreamers who believe humanity was meant to do more than fill out forms and pay for permission to do things like build on your own land, drive a car, have a market stall, busk etc.

Our eyes are set on the horizon.
Just 13 miles from any coastline, the laws of nations fall away and international waters begin, the realm of true self-governance. That’s where the Vigorian future is born.

We are charting a bold course toward a new way of living, one that transcends the limits of land. Our vision is to acquire and restore decommissioned cruise ships, transforming them into self-sustaining, ocean-based communities powered by solar and wave energy.

These vessels will become thriving, independent cities at sea, growing their own food, harnessing renewable power, and living in harmony with nature. Surrounded by the bounty of the ocean, we embrace a Blue Zone-inspired lifestyle to promote longevity, health, and vitality.

As our flotilla expands, each ship will serve as a hub of innovation in the world, a place for healers, scholars, and visionaries to advance science, medicine, education, and sustainable tourism without interference or constraint from any other state.
