The Core Principle
The Vigorian Empire is principally an independent monarchy ruled by a Prime Sovereign.

The Vigorian Empire is the head of a number of Organisations, Nations and sovereign citizens (also known as the Vigorian Federation) who freely pledge allegiance and agree to abide by our principles. A hybrid civilisation, consciously designed to combine the best elements of every system while discarding their flaws. We may offer at important times votes to members, but the Emperor has the final power of veto or ascent.
Our focus is simple: the benefit and protection of every citizen. No one is above the law, and no one is left behind. We are all equal and welcome diversity. But insist on Loyalty, Honour and Unity.

The Vigorian Empire a Hybrid Society
Our foundation is an absolute monarchy, led by the Founder Emperor.
The Empire now operates as a hybrid absolute monarchy that promotes meritocratic federation, where every Sovereign Citizen holds personal authority and responsibility for themselves, and freely gives supreme authority to the Prime Sovereign, similar to a company director. All other Prime Sovereigns will be selected and trained by the previous one to ensure the Vigorian purposes stay pure and focused and inherrit as trustee. The beneficiaries are the Trustee Emperor and the members of the Empire.

Any Prime Sovereign that deviates from the founding constitution is not a true Prime Sovereign and will be replaced without delay as per the rules of the First Prime Sovereign (Emperors) Will and Trust.

An irrevocable, living trust and constitution, with a written contract and oath of allegiance between the Founder Emperor, Sovereign Citizens, and Federation Members, ensures mutual respect, protection, and fairness for future generations.

Sovereign Structure (The Vigorian Hierarchy)

Emperor & Prime Sovereign
Holds ultimate authority but governs by consent and moral example. The Prime Sovereign’s role is to protect the balance and ensure the constitution serves all in the Federation and its Citizens.

Imperial Court
Composed of senior Sovereign Citizens, appointed to assist in managing the Empire. They hold delegated power and act on behalf of the Prime Sovereign directly.

Orders of the Empire
They are learned societies that run in parallel with Sovereign State Departments and Academy Departments. Members consist of Sovereign Citizens who have made considerable contributions to the cause, (think the Vigorian version of a Nobel Prize) and who are awarded membership with all associated obligations, rights and privileges. Medals and other prizes may be awarded in recognition of contributions.

Sovereign State Departments
Each Sovereign Citizen is assigned to a department according to their profession or strengths, such as Health, Education, Science, or Security.
Department Heads are appointed according to merit and must be Sovereign Citizens in good standing.

Citizenship and Service
Every Vigorian Citizen is part of the Empire’s security and defence systems, including those that are part of the Vigorian Federation, not only by bearing arms, but through lots of other ways of contribution, unity, and readiness to serve when needed is essential. We all muck in and do what is required in times of such a national need.
National Service is lifelong in principle; it means standing for one another, upholding discipline, and protecting our shared purpose and the Federation of the Vigorian Empire.

Territories and Federation
The Vigorian Empire currently holds four physical territories and several ceremonial ones within the UK (Scotland).
Beyond Earth, we symbolically recognise 44 off-world territories, representing our aspiration toward cosmic citizenship and interplanetary stewardship. You can read more about this in our history and development if interested. This is recognised tacitly by the UK Government. United States of America Government. United Nations. and the Russian Federation.

We also form partnerships, friendships with independent organisations and aspiring nations, creating a Federation of Member States united by shared ethics and non-conflict clauses.
Each retains full independence but may collaborate on trade, research, and humanitarian projects under Vigorian and common principles and ethics.

The Orders of the Vigorian Empire
These are exclusive honorary circles recognising dedication and contribution to the Empire.
Each Order celebrates a domain of human excellence, such as Science, Medicine, Security, or Education.
Members may be elected, honoured, or decorated with medals for service and loyalty.
