TREASURY

The Vigorian Empire looks toward a future in which true meritocracy is fully realised. In such a society, citizens will no longer be burdened by basic insecurities such as access to food, financial instability, or debt. Instead, they will be free to focus on growth, contribution, and the advancement of civilisation.

However, we recognise that we currently exist within a global economic system shaped by capitalism, and participation in that system is, for now, unavoidable.

To navigate this reality with structure and purpose, the Empire establishes the Vigorian Treasury. This body is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Empire, ensuring stability, sustainability, and the strategic allocation of resources as we progress toward a more advanced and equitable civilisational model.

We build funds through citizenship fees, Lord and Lady Titles and honours, and our market place where we and others in our community can sell or trade goods and services.

These funds are then used in projects such as buying farm and woodlands for land based projects, and of course our big project De'Oceano. The project to recycle cruise ships and build a floating city in international waters, where we can develop maximum autonomy.

Our Current Assets

The Vigorian Empire (Emperor) currently holds the following assets and uses them for the benefit of all citizens;

* Silver Bullion

* Digital (Crypto Currency)

* Woodland in the Highlands

* Training College (Will serve as an academy for citizens. The aim is to provide FREE training and education for all citizens).

* The rights to Vigorian Honours, Titles, Licenses.

* Fledgling Vigorian health care system. FREE for all citizens. Used to generate income.

Vision

The vision of the Vigorian Treasury is clear: to grow collectively, efficiently, and at pace, accumulating assets that strengthen the foundation of the Empire.

Its purpose is not merely financial gain, but the strategic development of infrastructure that enables our citizens to become increasingly independent from external capitalistic systems.

To support this transition, the Empire provides education, training, and practical pathways that empower citizens to secure higher levels of employment, build their own enterprises, and develop financial autonomy.

In doing so, each individual not only elevates themselves, but also contributes to the accelerated growth of the Treasury and the wider civilisation.
